1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all balloon decoration services booked with Baby balloon decoration Chandigarh, Chandigarh, and to the use of this website. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the design, date, time, venue and price are agreed and the advance payment is received.
- Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability
- Please share accurate venue details, including floor, lift access and parking
- Designs in photos are for reference; final décor may vary slightly based on balloon availability and venue
3. Payments
An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid on the day of the event, on completion of the setup, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability on the new date
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable, as materials are purchased and team slots are reserved for your booking
- Any adjustment of the advance to a new date is at Baby balloon decoration Chandigarh's discretion
5. Venue Access & Permissions
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions needed from the society, hall, hotel or office for the decoration and for providing timely access to the venue. Delays caused by lack of access may reduce setup time.
6. Balloon Life & Weather
Balloons are delicate and naturally deflate over time. Balloon life depends on heat, sunlight, air-conditioning and handling. Outdoor setups may be affected by wind, rain or direct sunlight, and Baby balloon decoration Chandigarh is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions.
7. Safety
Balloons can be a choking hazard for young children. Please keep children under adult supervision around balloons and dispose of burst balloons immediately. Keep balloons away from open flames and heat sources.
8. Props & Rental Items
Any props, stands, backdrops or rental items provided with the decoration remain the property of Baby balloon decoration Chandigarh and must be returned in good condition. Damage or loss may be charged.
9. Photographs
Baby balloon decoration Chandigarh may photograph completed setups for portfolio and promotional use, without showing identifiable people unless permission is given.
10. Limitation of Liability
Baby balloon decoration Chandigarh's liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, Karnataka.
